Cancellation & refund policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour starts. Contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email with your name and tour date.

If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before, and no-shows

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start, or don't come to the meeting point, the tour price may not be refundable, because places, guides and transport have already been arranged for you.

Changing the date

Want a different day? Contact us as early as possible. We change the date free of charge when places are available.

If we have to cancel

If a tour is cancelled because of weather, safety reasons or too few participants, we offer you another date or a full refund — you choose.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made with the same payment method you used, usually within 14 days. Your bank may need a few extra days.

Agency reservations

Partner agencies follow the cancellation terms agreed with Istanbul Tour Map.
